  My car gets so clean I feel as though I need a shower afterwards just to be in my car. Great customer service too!!

  Beware: I rarely do reviews, but I have to on this business. I have been overcharged a few times and had to call to get it fixed. The most recent: in January we bought a new truck and added it to our membership. We used the VIN bc we did not have a license plate yet. My husband tried to get it washed, they said it wasn’t on the account (I had already been charged) and he was charged for the wash. Next two times he tried to go it didn’t work either. We bought the membership Jan 8th and he didn’t get his first wash until February 14th, bc we received his license plate, I updated the account, and it finally worked. These dates are in their records. So we paid for 37 days that his car couldn’t be washed. I called for a refund, and the supervisor refused to help me out at all. Besides no refund, she should’ve at least been apologetic that a paying customer went in multiple times to get a wash, only to get turned away. She took zero responsibility. Super unprofessional customer service! I canceled my membership, their loss bc I was paying $83 a month for 3 cars.

  Just had one of several 5 star experiences at Quick Quack. This location has some especially kind and helpful employees. If you want some cheerful smiles along with your shiny clean car, check out the Springville location!

  I'm a regular at this location & have always had a great experience. The washes have been getting better every day. I was helped recently by Jonathan and had a wonderful experience

  I normally love Quick Quack, but this location is by far the worst I’ve been to. Multiple visits have resulted in the same issue, the back of my car is left streaked with visible dirt still on it after the wash. This most recent time was no different. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a pass and this is the closest location, only to leave with a car that’s still dirty. This has become a consistent problem at this location, and unfortunately I can’t recommend it. Its one of the only locations where I have to go through the car wash more than once and it still doesn’t do as good as some of the other locations.
