Isaiah helped me, clearly explained the prices of everything ( besides oil changes, the service on brake pads, rotors you name it beat all competitors in the area by a wide margin ) and even told me what amount of life my parts all had. I was also allowed into the mechanic bay and asked repeatedly if I had any questions or if there was anything else they could do to help. Austin was very nice as well. GO HERE!!

And now when I use my heating or air conditioner it sounds like a freaking helicopter, which was never an issue before. They offered to fix it but quoted me $450 to do it. To top it all off the coupon for an oil change that was on their website was mysteriously "expired" even though I drove to that location specifically because the website said it was valid there. I'm really tired of sleazy mechanics. First impression of jiffy lube and the last. Do better.

They gave me a solid list of recommended repairs as well as quotes, but didn’t pressure me to use them for the repairs. They also reevaluated if I needed a brake change after they took off the wheel and let me know I wouldn’t actually need it for another few months. It helped me feel they would tell me if they were mistaken on anything and not charge me unnecessarily. Nothing better than feeling respected and kept in control when you need to rely on them for help!
