- CBCaleb BaileyDec 13, 20251.0DO NOT GO HERE. Vehicle critically damaged during service in Springville. Great staff, but Area Manager refuses to share video evidence or escalate to fix the problem. I had a great and professional experience with the service technicians on Sunday, December 7th. Unfortunately, the service itself resulted in major damage: my vehicle's differential casing was CRACKED and improperly sealed with silicone/glue—a clear safety hazard and attempt to cover up a mistake. I spent over $400 for a service that left my vehicle inoperable and unsafe to drive, but I didn’t find the issue until I got home (4 hours away). When I contacted the location with photo evidence, the assistant service manager was great and understanding. However, the Area Manager refused to ask upper management for approval to share the security footage with me or even to have a "second set of eyes" review the tape. (They have cameras everywhere, one aspect I liked). They know I live 4 hours away (Monticello, UT) and cannot drive the truck to the shop, yet they refuse to use their own video evidence to prove to me what actually happened. This is a failure of leadership and accountability. The Area Manager's refusal to cooperate and investigate a serious safety issue is unacceptable.
