Never had an issue with the employee‘s but the car wash itself is worse than any of the other quick quacks I’ve been to. I don’t know if there are parts in the car wash that aren’t being serviced or they just don’t work well, but the wash itself is inconsistent, a lot of times the spray nozzles that are spraying cleaner aren’t working either at all or are barely sprinkling soap out. Just barely got out of a wash, and usually the car is supposed to be sprayed with soap before it reaches the scrubbers, but once again the nozzles weren’t working great and the car barely got cleaner on it before it started getting scrubbed. This type of thing happens around 50-60% of the time we go to the Springville location. Not to mention the several times we couldn’t get our car washed after waiting in line because smthg was broken or out of order.
