  They made time for me on short notice and were friendly and helpful, they even were able to help me quickly get to the bottom of an issue that my Dad’s car was experiencing which we weren’t even working on, I’d just mentioned the problem off hand.

  Daniel and the guys really helped us out on a road trip across country, about 1,500 miles into our trip. Instead of waiting multiple days, like we thought we'd be, they got us everything we needed within a couple hours. If they can make things work, they will.

  I came in for an emergency engine timing issue, the staff was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Staff member Rebecca went above and beyond, by keeping me informed, giving my dogs water on a hot day, and giving me info and support throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Auto Repair for any kind of auto service, whether it’s a minor or major repair, Rocky Mountain Auto is up to the task. 5 out of 5 stars! Good and fair pricing, as well as speedy service. Would recommend to anyone.

  03/25/2026 I have to be honest, I'm not happy. Made an appointment online for an oil change for 4pm. Added a tire rotation (extra $20, I guess) when I got there at their suggestion. Took over an hour... Why? I have no idea. They seemed oblivious/careless regarding how much time it took to get a simple oil change and tire rotation done. Didn't leave until 5:10pm or so. To be fair, they also had several people coming in and out, along with phone calls an follow ups so it can be easy to get distracted or caught up in that, but come on... Customer sitting in the lobby for over an hour for a simple oil change and tire rotation!? That's just not cool... They seemed pretty knowledgeable in the services they provide, so I also gave them credit for that. I want to support this local business, but time is important and should be paid attention to, especially when you're only open weekdays, and close at 5pm. I unexpectedly spent my entire lunch break here for what I thought was just a simple oil change.

  Got quoted $15,000 for made up repairs. Took my truck elsewhere and got the issue resolved for $500. Glad I got a second opinion. Won’t be back and will be sharing this experience with others. More context. The front desk guy misunderstood me and thought I told him my truck was a company vehicle and likely thought this was a situation where he could run up that invoice and it’d get pushed through without any issues.
