    The Spanish Fork office it’s a joke! I reserved a Car and everything went through. I called them to make arrangements for the pick up and they said they had no cars for me. No calls, no messages, no heads up, nothing! Whoever I spoke with, didn’t provide any solutions just “sorry we have no cars” Obviously, this place is not reliable so be careful when you do reservations with this place. Call them and make sure they’ll have a car for you so you don’t end up like me!

    Customer service was very poor. The car they gave us was not great. It smelt very bad and was very outdated. Someone else insurance was even paying for it and I returned it early because I would’ve rather been without a car then drive it.
