From the moment I pulled up, he was upbeat, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Instead of just going through the motions, he actually took the time to make sure everything was set up correctly and that I understood the wash options. He explained things clearly without being pushy, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was Trey’s attitude. Even though it was busy, he stayed calm, friendly, and focused, and he kept the line moving smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing his job well and making sure customers have a good experience. He was respectful, easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel quick and stress-free. It’s employees like Trey that make a big difference. The car wash itself is great, but having someone who’s positive, attentive, and hardworking elevates the entire experience. Trey represented Quick Quack really well, and I hope management knows they’ve got a solid worker on their hands. Because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.
