We rented from them through our insurance due to our car being in the shop for repairs. Enterprise would NOT communicate with our insurance. They chose to, instead, harass us every chance they could by attempting to charge our card, and threatening multiple times that they were going to report the rental car as stolen. Our insurance was cooperative every step of the way, insuring that they had spoke to Enterprise, referencing workers by name, stating that everything was fine on the side of my insurance. ENTERPRISE. DOES. NOT. CARE! We ended up taking the car back early (going down to one car in a family of 8) because we were tired of them trying to charge our cards and threatening to report the car as stolen. Such a hassle! I will never rent from this location again. It's worth it to go to Payson or even Provo. I've also heard this from other renters. DO. NOT. CHOOSE. THE. SPANISH. FORK. LOCATION.

Had some trouble with corporate but giving 5 stars because of Spanish Fork office(Austin) taking care of us and being calm and professional when I was frustrated. Austin went above and beyond to help us during this stressful situation. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. He even arranged for a driver to come pick us up and provided us with a replacement rental car so we could continue our trip. We are truly grateful for his outstanding customer service and kindness. Highly recommend Austin and the Enterprise team in Spanish Fork in UT!

My full coverage Ins allowed a rental. I came here to Spanish Fork in Utah and Austin was so amazingly calm and professional as well as understanding. He had me on the road in a BEAUTIFUL car in no time. I loved the car and wanted to keep it. It was a White Nissan sedan and ran like a charm. I loved it!! The return was seamless as well. Thanks Austin!! If I were your boss I'd give you the rest off the month offf with a raise!
