Austin went above and beyond to help us during this stressful situation. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. He even arranged for a driver to come pick us up and provided us with a replacement rental car so we could continue our trip. We are truly grateful for his outstanding customer service and kindness. My full coverage Ins allowed a rental. I came here to Spanish Fork in Utah and Austin was so amazingly calm and professional as well as understanding. He had me on the road in a BEAUTIFUL car in no time. I loved the car and wanted to keep it. It was a White Nissan sedan and ran like a charm. I loved it!! The return was seamless as well. Thanks Austin!! If I were your boss I'd give you the rest off the month offf with a raise!
