I have gotten everything from oil changes to engine work. The mechanics know what they are doing and everyone is very nice. They do charge for doing diagnostic but that makes sense to me. I do not feel that they have overcharged me and they have done great diagnostics and found some troublesome problems I reported. Two things I really appreciated. I have not had to schedule 2-weeks in advance. I have not been in a rush but they have still gotten me in pretty quick. I also do not feel that they done the hard sell with me. They charge for the work I request but they don't pressure me to get extra work.

From my first call to have my car towed to them they have been helpful and honest, its apparent that helping people is truly their bottom line. Their diagnostic was clear on the steps they took and included pictures. They are very communicative and kind. I wish I lived in the area so they could be my regular mechanic!
