- KVKimberly Velasquez4 days ago1.0This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered. Went in on a Saturday looked at a lot of trailers found the one. Got the price all negotiated was very happy until Monday get a call saying it was going to be 8 thousand more than we agreed on. Then they took it down to still 3 thousand more than what we agreed on. Then a day later got it for what we had agreed on I was so happy. Then get a phone call on the day of pick up and was told since they told us the wrong price that the salesman might get wrote up or fired for that price. The finance guy that helped us on Sat was very inappropriate about personal things in his life that we didn't need to hear about. Very disgusting very unprofessional. Don't go there unless u want a run around. South weber general rv in utah.
- CCCraig Carson6 days ago2.0Visited your Uinta location a couple of week’s ago to have a fantastic fan replaced, toilet valve replaced and oil change for the Gen…not happy….left a total mess inside and oil all over the Gen…don’t get it….why can’t your mechanics do the right thing….paid $800.00 for this…you ought to refund me at least $300.00….also contacted Robert at the Draper store whom totally ignored me…. Great customer service all around!!!

- MMMarissa MedinaMar 16, 20261.0Avoid at all costs. I was working with Nate on a trailer, and his manager also gave me an out the door price. Nate sent the offer over and it was $29 higher than what the manager told me. He asked for my credit card info for the deposit, and I said no until we were at the price that his manager told me on the phone. Nate then calls me back and says his manager refused the deal and the price is now $1,000 more. Very sketchy practices, stay away from this place.
