I go back expecting a refund, a replacement, some kind of reimbursement for the bad products I purchased, and I was met with a straight sorry I can’t help you from the manager because I didn’t have the receipt. I understand the not having the receipt part, but I used my phone number in the transaction and I’ve worked in retail before. I’m 100% positive there was a way to recall the transaction history and print out a receipt, but the manager didn’t want to put that much effort into it, I was swiftly shut down without any compensation for the damaged products I purchased.

Management needs to do a better job with stocking as they are constantly having issues with their soda and iced coffee running out. It’s crazy how often they are out of CO2 or syrups or even ice.
