I understand the not having the receipt part, but I used my phone number in the transaction and I’ve worked in retail before. I’m 100% positive there was a way to recall the transaction history and print out a receipt, but the manager didn’t want to put that much effort into it, I was swiftly shut down without any compensation for the damaged products I purchased.
