- MMMarissa Medina1 day ago1.0Avoid at all costs. I was working with Nate on a trailer, and his manager also gave me an out the door price. Nate sent the offer over and it was $29 higher than what the manager told me. He asked for my credit card info for the deposit, and I said no until we were at the price that his manager told me on the phone. Nate then calls me back and says his manager refused the deal and the price is now $1,000 more. Very sketchy practices, stay away from this place.

- DMDon MahoneyFeb 19, 20265.0Went to pick up a small trailer I purchased. As I walked in they handed me a "VIP" card to hang on my neck which I found a little irritating. Things were slow getting the paperwork done due an overload of people plus some bad information from the sales experience caught me off guard with the wrong sized ball hitch. I finally came back with the right ball hitch but needed a few changes to get the old one off and the new one in place. A woman from General RV, whose primary job it seemed was to look for frustrated people and solve their issues, took it back and got the hitch equipment problem solved knowing how frustrated I was feeling by these delays. Then when I went out, past closing time now, to get it hitched onto the truck there were more issues. Two young techs. trying to get home to their families for dinner wheeled back around and took the needed time to make sure things were all on properly and working for me - those three individuals made me actually feel like a VIP for this small trailer purchase. Thanks to them I got it out of there and home before our incoming storm.

I showed up and no part was not ordered I would have to leave it. I needed my rv in a couple of days.I drove 100 miles round trip for nothing wasted time and money very disappointing!
