  I bought a membership here and tried to cancel it. They won’t let you cancel in person and the online cancellation process is very difficult (fill out survey, redirect to customer service who takes multiple days to respond, redirect to quick quack customer service, fill out their survey…) Scam of a business model designed to make cancellation a time consuming and annoying to cancel. Recommendation to management: allow in person cancellation or immediate online cancellation without multiple back and fourths

  Originally bought my membership here years ago.. loved it. And all the others around town. Until it was canceled without being notified. Due to them being bought out by Quick Quack.. which is fine. However, having it for numerous years would consist of a faithful customer. To be dropped without and notice or concern of it was displeasing.. I recently tried to use the compensation money sent for birthdays. This exact location would not honor it. The one who apparently called the shots acted like I was just in the way and was trying to get a free car wash.. attitude was horrible.. walked away before we was done speaking.. I didnt catch his name.. but a rather rude indivigual to say the least.. if I would have known this would have happend I would have went with quick quack years ago..

  My car came out looking like new, and then the vacuums and compressed air got the inside just as good. Also, the staff was the best! Super friendly and helpful.

  Its a carwash... your car will be cleaned, hands free. Free vacuums. One location for towels/spray bottles. Vacuums dont suck... moreso blow because its hard to vacuum up dirt. Overall its worth it. Might take time to detail the inside of vehicle
