I was in urgent need of brake cleaner to finish a job. I regret not having my phone, as I would have called ahead to confirm my quick purchase. The doors were already locked, and multiple employees, including the manager, were visible inside near the front. I immediately tried to get their attention and signaled to them (using sign language for "closed"). They acknowledged my presence and confirmed that they were indeed closed. I was shocked by this response, so I walked up to the door and checked the posted hours, which clearly indicated a 10:00 PM closing time. I then checked my car clock again to confirm that it was, in fact, only 9:57 PM. I returned to the door and knocked repeatedly. One employee, a young man with shoulder-length dark hair, smiled, laughed, and waved dismissively at me through the window, signaling that they refused to open the door and help, despite still being on the clock. It is unacceptable for staff to lock the doors and deliberately refuse service to a customer with minutes to spare before closing, especially when their own posted hours have not been met. Even more egregious was the behavior of the employee who mocked my frustration. This reflects a complete failure in customer service and management oversight. I had to drive away empty-handed after a wasted, four-mile round trip.

She called back to the other store, had to wait on hold, track down the right associate, and have them help her figure out the part. When we looked at it, it wasn't exactly what we needed (we needed the nylon washer inside the part) so she helped us find the right size and material. I was so impressed! What a great associate!
