    Had a wonderful experience today here at the AutoZone, thanks to the amazing employee Gabriella! Purchased a new battery and air filters and she assisted me with the whole process. She was very kind and very professional. 10/10 đŸ™â€ïž

    It really doesn't matter when and which autozone store I go into, it pisses me off every single time. I am running a one man show business with very little time. Today I just needed a gallon of coolant, from the shelfs up at retail. I have a commercial account and want to purchase through that. Up front was an available person ready to check me out and I went straight to him with my coolant. He informed me that I have to go back to the commercial counter to check out. I went and found an open available lady behind the counter doing whatever she was doing. I asked to check out my gallon of coolant and was told she will be with me in a moment. About 5 minutes go by with me just standing there waiting to buy my ALREADY PICKED OUT AND READY TO GO JUG OF COOLANT! While I was waiting I asked why the front can't check me out as a commercial account. She looked at me and in a condescending and annoyed way just said "I don't know". I left it at that. I finally paid for my coolant and went back to the shop. I already try to avoid Autozone as much as I can and go to other places but sometimes I just can't get around it because they happen to be the place that has the one thing I need. I wish the staff would be less rude more knowledgeable, organized and helpful.

    I came in to buy a replacement brake light. It ended up being quite challenging to change. Jesus helped me change it and was very patient throughout the whole process. I had an overall fantastic experience and really appreciate Jesus‘s help getting the brake light changed.

    I have been dealing with them for a few months and honestly it's their interactions that will make me buy parts elsewhere and just not so business with AutoZone at all. I have been trying to purchase oxygen sensors from them since July of 2025. The issue began when they gave the upper and lower oxygen sensors on two separate transactions and input the wrong make and model for the second part (down stream) I told my husband that the parts didn't look right we went to another AutoZone further down the street and they reassured us it was correct. It wasn't. I had to drive another 30 minutes to be given the wrong parts again ( since the wrong vehicle information was put in the warranty and we were not aware) they burned out on my car I come again to get it fixed and suddenly they don't carry them and never have and the store manager told me my vehicle has 4 Oxygen sensors and not 2 ( like the users manual and the manufacturer has said it does) he said you can just return it anywhere. my local AutoZone is 5 minutes away. I go in they can't return it because they didn't give me a box so here I am once again 30 minutes to get it fixed as if gas was so cheap right now. go somewhere else where they hire knowledgeable staff or go to the dealer, in gas and hassle you pay the same either way. Even the other stores call " the warehouse" a mess. They don't give a shit about offering good customer service because they know they hold the cards specially when they are holding your return hostage. I did get my money back
