- RNRichard NunyaDec 14, 20122.0I WAS a regular customer for all of the Sinclair Gas Stations, particularly to 2 (the ones nearest to my home & place of buisness) South Ogden & Riverdale, Utah. Recently they were purchased by a company, (verifed via internet) Basin Market sinclair). I would get my early morning coffee and fuel up, regularly. I would even purchase gift cards and issue them out to my clients/customers. In the last 2 years I have personally seen the value of the quality of service go drastically down and a very high turn over rate of employees. I have had many mistakes made by cashiers and when brought to management's attention management failed to resolve the mistakes made. I have also personally been in the station while the owner was in. When he was assisting customers t the register he was very slow, holding up busy customers and creating more work for the employees to "clean" up after he left. The employees seemed irritated to have him there, creating more poblems for them. Not to mention the owner was very unprofesional towards the customer ahead of me I personally will NEVER spend my thousands of dollars in his stores again. I also know that this is how several of my nieghbors and associates have felt. We all now drive to Maverik for the better service. (except for the gas, I still purchase my fuel with Sinclair BUT not owner opperated by Basin Market Sinclair)
