  I stopped by this store to have my battery checked and was greeted by 2 happy employees who greeted me with a smile and was eager to help. They tested by battery and cleaned off my cables. The younger man's name is Sam and he truly was the friendliest employee at an auto zone I ever met. I also had the privilege of having the store manager Scott assist me . It was a great experience. The store is very clean, organized and has a welcoming feeling. If you need assistance, parts or anything else car/truck related, I highly recommend this store. If you live a bit out of the way this store and the employees are worth the drive. I will come back!! Have a blessed day!

  Went to the South Ogden store 03416 Scott was amazing he was very helpful! He helped me get the correct blades unlike the Roy store, they didn't ask me if I needed assistance or anything. Horrible customer service in Roy. Fantastic at store 03416!!! Thanks again Scott!

  This is the location to go to if you’re concerned about battery/ alternator etc. Ron along with younger guy were very helpful. They brought out their tester, informed me about what might be going on. Figured out it was the battery that was failing. Pulled up options. Taught me a thing or two, and replaced my battery. Ron was so friendly and helpful. Sis not act put out whatsoever. I’ll be using this location from now on.
