Ron was terrific. He set me up with a great battery and also replaced it himself, he was terrific and much appreciated. I couldn't ask for better service.

THE LEGEND OF RICKY B: THE HERO AUTOZONE DIDN’T DESERVE BUT ABSOLUTELY NEEDED Let me just start by saying this: I’ve been to AutoZones from sea to shining sea. I’ve seen it all — the good, the bad, the guy who hands you the wrong wiper blade and then disappears forever. But RICKY B.? No. Ricky B. is different. Ricky B. is built from a different wiring harness. I walked in looking for something simple: red electrical tape. You know, the kind that somehow vanishes when you need it most. I wasn’t expecting a spiritual awakening, but that’s what I got. Ricky B didn’t just help me find red electrical tape — he embarked on an epic quest through every aisle, every shelf, every dusty drawer like Indiana Jones in a fluorescent vest. He moved with the focus of a hawk and the determination of a man whose destiny was preordained by the AutoZone gods themselves. At one point, I told him, “It’s fine, man, don’t worry about it.” He turned to me, eyes blazing with purpose, and said (and I quote): “Sir, if I have to strip the insulation off my own soul to find this tape, I will.” I nearly teared up. He searched. He found. And when he handed me that perfect roll of radiant red glory, I swear the store lights got brighter. Choirs sang. Somewhere, a car started on the first try after years of hesitation. Listen to me, AutoZone management: if Ricky B doesn’t get a raise, a bonus, and maybe a small statue near the checkout counter, I will personally boycott every other AutoZone on the planet. That’s right — no oil filters, no air fresheners, no emergency fuses — until justice is served for this legend. Ricky B didn’t just sell me tape. He sold me faith in customer service again.

I spoke with Scott extensively about the problem I was having with my Kia sedona on a Sunday. And after the conversation, I felt much better about having to change my starter. Scott and traven g were very helpful in guiding me in the right direction for the correct component change vice spending more money than necessary to troubleshoot the problem. My thanks to both of them. I was surprised upon finding out about how much training they received by Autozone. It is a lot better than I previously thought any auto parts store would give. Thank you.
