  Very poor professionalism. Very young crew playing around, yelling out for fun not for instructions. One actually flicked radiator fluid at another who needed to stop to eye wash slowing the overall time sitting in the bay.

  In from out of state. I always use Valvoline when I am out of state. Great crew and communication. Suggested other services, but wasn't pushy when I declined. I had my oil changed and wipers replaced and they refilled my wiper fluid free which I use often on the road. They had me in and out fairly quickly and they reset my maintenance counter. Friendly location.

  Easy to stop in and wait was minimal. Was only planning on oil change and was unaware they did other services. We bought this car six months ago and I knew it needed a coolant flush and a transmission flush, but have not had time to make an actual appointment with a shop. When we went there for the oil change, they informed us of recommended services based on the mileage and year and those services that I needed were there. Dad visit made it simple for me to get oil, radiator, and transmission all serviced in the same visit without spending a lot of time. Guys were thorough and fast for everything that was done. Thank you.

  I usually have a good, speedy experience with Valvoline. When I came in today, there was only one car in front of me in each of the two bays, so I expected to be in within 10 to 15 minutes. After waiting over 50 minutes, there was no sign that I would be seen anytime soon. I could have had my oil changed three times over at another shop in that amount of time, and I had to be somewhere else, so I left.
