  I took my brand-new vehicle to this car wash for the first time, and it was honestly one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. As I was going through the wash and approaching the dryer, the machine hit my passenger side mirror so hard that it knocked it out of place and scratched my paint. Now the mirror isn’t functioning properly. On top of that, the wash itself was terrible , my car was still dirty afterward. The drying service was just as disappointing; it felt rushed and careless. What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability. The manager on duty showed no concern about the damage and had a young employee handle the incident instead. Customer support has been just as unhelpful and dismissive. In hindsight, I should have paid more attention to how poorly maintained this location is. If you have a new vehicle, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Don’t be fooled by the price”you get what you pay for” definitely applies here. The ownership clearly does not care about customers or the damage caused.

  Great car wash! Personalized service. Manager is super helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure we were knowledgeable and happy.

  This place is horrible. I paid for the interior service and basically spent an extra $15 foe vacuuming and a light dust. They are not allowed to wipe down anything but the dash and center console, and they didn’t even do that well. I still have to clean my own car when I get home. Do not give this car wash your business. The only reason they get ANY stars is because the exterior wash is about the same as everywhere else. It could be a good value if you actually got what you paid for. Unfortunately, the attendant couldn’t even explain the packages to me.

  They are very thorough with the pressure washers at the beginning, they have two people at the beginning, so they get both sides of the car very well before the wash. At the end there are two guys that hand dry your car and wipe down and scrub the rims on your car.

  With a competitor a block up the road you cant have an obnoxious kid at the register.
