- EEErreseveOct 14, 20251.0They scratched my car! Being totally honest, my car already had a big scratch at the front and the dent that you see in the picture. But those scratches in the dent were not there before. They are pretty noticeable as well. Tried opening a claim with them but they washed their hands by saying that no damage on top of existing damage (the dent) is covered. They proceeded to show the picture of my car before i entered the wash, which had not enough quality to show the lack of the scratches. On top of that, the car was not even that clean after all! There were several dried dirt and spots that were not washed. Most of the car was still wet so the drying was incredibly disappointing. This is besides getting their mid-tier wash option. I will never go to this place or any quick quack facility again.
