  I had my oil changed here, and a couple of days later my car started smelling strongly of gas while driving to the point where I felt sick and lightheaded. When I opened the hood to investigate, I found that the oil cap had been left off after the service. This was extremely concerning and can cause serious engine damage or safety issues. I expect more attention to detail when it comes to basic maintenance. They also tried to sell me new wind shield wiper blades telling me they were old and needed replacing. When I had changed them less than 3 weeks ago.was very disappointed in the upsell and not having my best interest at hand.

  Twice I have sent my son to get an oil change in his car. And the first time they convinced him to leave without it because he was still hadn't reached the milage on the oil change sticker even though it had been 10 months. I was frustrated by let it go. Today I had him go again it has been almost a year since it was last changed. They again tried to tell him he didn't need it because the sticker they put in the cars says to.do it at 3000 miles *which he was over*. But that he really can go 6000 miles. He went ahead and told them to do it anyway. I didn't send him there for their opinion just do the oil change as requested.

  I went in for my registration renewal and emissions check. I will always come to Grease Monkey for car maintenance. They are the best at customer service and don’t make me feel insecure. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
