Ended up getting Ty, who used to be a tech at BMW, did the one over and found those things I couldn’t see and let me know the real deal on it. He saved me a future headache and a lot of money. Appreciate the honesty and friendliness. Kudos to Ty and the team

They are always prompt, courteous, and very helpful. Not 5 stars because I feel like some of their additional services are priced higher than other places.

Our car needed several things worked on (belt replaced, 4 different fluids and some flushing), as advised by a mechanic. Grease Monkey disagreed with a couple of the mechanic's recommendations, which was awesome. I always appreciate not being tricked into paying extra by car shops.
