Since, he is a teenager, I drove the rental. Enterprise staff reached out to coordinate everything. When I arrived, Courtney was on-hand to coordinate the rental. She was professional and friendly... everything that you hope, but occasionally receive in customer service situations. Thanks Enterprise and your amazing staff! They should be recognized for their hard work.
