- JCJon CheathamDec 19, 20254.0Love the Big Sky Canyon Special—it’s one of my go-to meals in Smithfield and clearly one of the most popular items on the menu. I’m sure it’s not easy keeping up with the volume of orders during busy times. One small note: the chicken and fries were extremely hot last night. I appreciate everything being fresh, but a quick heads-up at the counter would’ve been appreciated so I didn’t burn my tongue. Overall, it's still some of the best chicken in the valley.

But I was losing my mind this morning my kids were in a I want everything mood and I was ready to throw in the towel with how many times I said no. The cashier noticed she not only jumped to make it easier but she helped me feel a lot more human in that moment of being overwhelmed. Can never go wrong stopping in!!!
