My check engine light came on a few days after and I have spent the last 2 months trying to sove the issue. I finally decided to take my car into the shop and overall I spent about $700 on repairs, for the mechanic to tell my that my engine air filter was installed incorrectly. It was very frustrating to know that it was an issue caused by someone supposed to be a professional, rather than a case of natural aging and maintaining. They were very kind and had great customer service, even when I called to complain and let them know that they made a mistake. They offered me 25% off my next oil change which is nice but nowhere near pays for the emotional and financial damage that this small mistake has caused. I know that in a chain company they can only do so much so I won't hold it against them too much. Those who own a chevy don't let them change it your engine air filter and overall I would just be wary of their service. Mistakes happen but just take caution, as I will be. Not trying to be a Karen, just trying to be real to other paying customers cause they should be aware as well as offer constructive criticism for employees that hopefully they will do better in the future.
