The overall vibe is “emo album cover meets DMV energy.” Every employee looks permanently inconvenienced, like helping customers is a shocking interruption to an extremely important phone-scrolling session. The looks I got were the same looks you’d give someone who just ran over your dog and didn’t even slow down. Making eye contact feels illegal. Smiling appears to be against store policy. I asked for help and got the kind of sigh usually reserved for group projects in high school. Incredible commitment to the aesthetic, truly—but customer service shouldn’t feel like I need to apologize for walking through the door. Five stars for consistency. One star for literally everything else.

The same person being checked out when I walked in was still being checked out when I had to join the line. It was 6 people deep at that point. Not one other (of the 5 visible) helped out. Get better workers because that was absolutely ridiculous
