  Chris was super helpful and kind. He helped me replace my battery even though they didn’t have many people in the shop and he did it super fast. I will be returning to AutoZone for my car needs because of employees like Chris.

  Came out to Saratoga Springs from Ogden to handle some biz. All the while, check engine light comes on my 2011 SVT Raptor as I’m getting ready to head north. Spotted the AutoZone to get a diagnostic scan. Chris B and Nicole P went above and beyond to help me. I don’t know this stuff, I have soft hands. They explained the scan, the part and showed me a video. Best in the west they is. Should have them transfer to one of the Ogden Stores. Much thanks to Chris and Nicole.

  I’ve consistently had great experiences at this AutoZone location. The staff is always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. I especially want to give a shoutout to Chris. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond, especially when it comes to more complex issues. It’s clear he really knows his stuff and cares about helping customers find the right solution. AutoZone is lucky to have him on their team. Thanks again for the excellent service!

  This store is clean but it has the slowest customer service. Several employees working outside while only one is checking out with a long line.

  We love this place over O’Reilly’s! Got my battery tested and replaced fast and given honest opinions/answers (like my battery could be under warranty with Costco so I could have taken it to them.. in the end decided here because I want my van to be safe). The guy helping me was very helpful in installing the new one as well and giving me good info on the which battery was best and why. Left it up to me to decide tho and felt zero pressure. Great experience every time we’ve been for various things!
