  Saratoga Springs Enterprise is my favorite place to go for rentals. They are professional, positive, even funny and kind. It’s so good to be treated like you are valued as a customer. They do a great job and I feel like the prices are reasonable and they have a good selection of cars. highly recommended!

  They called us 2 hours before pickup, about our booking we had for months, to say they did not have a car. We had to scramble last minute to find a 6 passenger alternative vehicle. In my opinion the rental industry is dumb. They will allow you to book a vehicle at a location which doesn't really have that vehicle available. Terrible experience.
