They did offer to upgrade me at a 3 to 12 dollar daily increase in cost and told me they would contact when one car was available but never did. So then the owner tells me to go to that link which is just a general chat or call connecting to who knows where or who knows who. The staff know exactly all the details needed to know and not to push me to a completely out of touch person wherever not local.

They get you checked in and show you your car options. They let you take a look at it and if you’re satisfied it’s yours for the time being. The check out process is smooth as well. Never had any issues. Will continue going to them.

He was nice enough to answer them and add context. When I met him in person to pick up my rental, he greeted me warmly, and we chatted about a few options available to me. I went with a vehicle with larger cargo capacity and more comfortable seats. I’ve rented at several competitor locations, including other Enterprise locations, and none of them have been as good as the experience I had with Ryan. I would rent again from this location and I will be back as my family travels often for competitive sporting events.
