  The Branch Manager, Rowan, demonstrated exactly what great customer service leadership looks like. When the original rental vehicle didn’t work for my needs, he didn’t make excuses — he made it right. He stepped in quickly, was courteous and professional, and focused on resolving the issue without hassle. The replacement process was seamless, and I left feeling taken care of. Excellent management and service. Five stars.

  You tell me what this looks like and whether customer should be treated to such disgusting treatment. They did offer to upgrade me at a 3 to 12 dollar daily increase in cost and told me they would contact when one car was available but never did. So then the owner tells me to go to that link which is just a general chat or call connecting to who knows where or who knows who. The staff know exactly all the details needed to know and not to push me to a completely out of touch person wherever not local.
