Just told me that they can't let me go through. Need to reconsider my membership for all my vehicles I guess. For Owner Response: Thanks for your response, this was how they should have handled it, all your points are good, and If they had been presented that way, my opinion would be different. After the first person already let me go through and wrote on my wind shield, The only response from the second person was: "Can't let you go through the tunnel with anything in your bed." I said: "Its all tied down tight" then they said exact same thing: "Can't let you go through the tunnel with anything in your bed."... Still terrible customer service.
