- PHPablo Hannan4 days ago1.0Just like the Midvale location, this location will pop out your engine air filter and try to upsell you on a new one (which is fine), but then forget to re-attach the hose after re-inserting the engine filter. I stopped going to the Midvale location because this would happen every time, but this location in Sandy does the exact same thing. Very annoying since the whole point of going here is to drive off with no worries. Unfortunately I cannot justify giving this company another dollar. Please support local shops or learn to do it yourself over going here, it will save you a lot of trouble and potential damage to your engine.
- PCPastor chekApr 18, 20261.0Pulled up to their shop got in line waited for 10 minutes they told me I was next in line then all the sudden the lady pulled in ahead of me and they began working on her car while I'm sitting waiting in line just to get skipped then a gentleman proceeds to walk up to me and tell me oh no we're not going to touch her car until we get yours done as I'm watching technicians open up her oil pan drain it fill her fluids you guys need to get it together here horrible service would not recommend . I hope you like losing business we have six cars in my household and we used to only bring them there after this event I came home turns out my daughter had the same experience last time they were very snarky to her and not polite no longer using the Valvoline company for oil changes I guess they hate business that bad.
