The 1 star review is for the managment: I discovered yesterday that they’ve been giving me my oil change stickers at 3500 miles instead of 5000 despite my using synthetic which very safely covers 5000 to 7000 miles. This tactic leads to unnecessary maintenance costs. I will be taking my cars to jiffy lube across the street from now on.

We noticed our car was making a funny noise, but it had been to long for us to take it back. We had another place look at it and come to find out the wrong brake pads were installed.
