I was at Valvoline for an hour, unable to leave the vehicle, because they didn’t tell me that they had to send an employee to another store for a filter. They didn’t have the right filter for my vehicle, but didn’t tell me up front. Two or three cars went through without a hitch while I was sitting there. They offered no discount. I paid full price and in the span of an hour, standing at my open hood doing nothing, they didn’t even turn off the oil change light. Phenomenally inept. Best thing about bad service? I don’t have to go back and neither do you.

In my experience I did notice that PHIL was quite disrespectful to his staff. These guys work hard and deserve to be well respected.
