Informed me of eta an hour early and confirmed when they were on their way. Once they arrived we discussed the service and replacement, along with any other details and expected completion time. Riley was friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and most importantly to me; confident! Within an hour the job was complete along with any mess cleaned up. Thank you Riley! This guy wouldn’t get out of his chair, or even swivel around to look at me or the technician. Just kept saying “they didnt have an opening” (although I was the only the person there and there was no cars in the bays. Even the technician said he could fix it now, but the manager in a completely empty shop, totally unengaged, said I would need to make an appointment for later.

Safelite was able to help me SAME DAY with courtesy and professionalism for HALF the cost of the other guys who also told me they were a week out because the glass is hard to find (shout out to Noah).
