  I do enjoy their service and think they do a good job, but my car was damaged at their South Sandy location. I first noticed some damage and want 100% it was from there so I observed the next time I was there and when I came out it had done the same damage in a similar area once I exited the wash. I contacted customer support, went into the location and made an incident claim. I had to follow up, the never called me for a follow up. I had to call every week. The report was finally submitted to the wrong location. I was promised each time it would be escalated. No clue what that was supposed to achieve. When I finally was about to schedule my car to me looked at, last minute they requested I go to another location. The manager told me they couldn't do anything, that there was no proof that it was the wash. My word meant nothing. He said that the was haven't caused the damage, I understood his reasoning, not knew it had. I said don't tell me it didn't because I know it did, tell me you're not willing to be liable. After that I reached back out to customer support, they asked if I would like it looked into further. When I said your their response was I had already talked to the location manager and that read the final decision. They are more telling me to make a claim on my insurance. This has been a joke and a huge hassle.

  My car is so clean, the employees are so kind and thoughtful. They gave my son, Alec, an air freshener.

  Been washing my car here for a couple of months and i just cant get over how great these workers greet customers especially Sarahi shes really kind and sweet!

  Quick Quack Car Wash in Sandy is hands-down the best car wash I’ve been to. The employees are always super friendly, welcoming, and upbeat — they make the whole experience fast and enjoyable every time I pull in. You can tell they genuinely care about customer service. The wash itself is top-tier — my car always comes out spotless, shiny, and looking brand new. The vacuums are powerful, the area is clean, and everything runs smoothly. I never feel rushed, and the staff always checks to make sure I’m happy with the result. If you want a great wash and even better people, this is the place to go. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!
