  Worthless company. Made a reservation for a truck, showed up and they said oh yeah we don't have the inventory. I asked them if they made the reservation without an actual truck to deliver and they just confirmed, "yes that's correct". They said they could get me a different truck in an entirely different city. Then they still charged me for the truck that was not there. When I was dealing with all of this over the phone at home depot where the pickup was supposed to be, they employee at home depot just said this happens constantly. Also would like to point out that everyone I talked to on the phone at Penske acted like yeah no big deal, sorry not sorry.

  I have used Penske for two rentals so far and I have had great service, no price changes, and clean trucks. Much better than UHaul.

  I reserved a 16’ truck at this location for my move today, but when I arrived to collect the vehicle, they did not have it. It has completely messed up my moving plans today. Clearly, one cannot rely on this Company.,Horrific service! Steer well clear!

  Don't come here. I got a quote for one day even though I told them beforehand that I was going to be an hour late... They said okay. They also quoted me $0.79 per mile. They told me it would only take 10 minutes to get on the road. NONE of that came true. First they couldn't find my reservation, then it took 40 minutes to get out of the store... Which included a technical support call back to Penske, couldn't get the printer to work, more calls, etc. The truck worked fine. He charged me for a day and a half, even though they told me up front they wouldn't, charged me $0.99 per mile, charged me for a dolly (which they never gave me) and my one day, 36 total mile truck rental for a 16 for truck came up to $91.28 (way out of my budget). If they are going to charge higher rates, they should quote them up front. They also need to train the home Depot employees better. They don't know what they're doing. Very disappointing experience.
