- BNBraden NewtonAug 8, 20251.0Read many reviews on Intoxalock before getting my device installed and was surprised to see how many of them were false. The amount of surprise charges was astonishing. Was told the removal of my device would be $125 but instead was charged $225. After I had my device installed into my car in December of 2024 it came out looking fine only to find out during the installation the service center had broken my accessory socket in my dash had been broken or short circuited due to the install but was never made aware of it until 2 months after the install. Was very upset with my experience with the service center I went through. Hard to get in contact with them and when I did they were rude and very short ended. Was not satisfied with my experience with Intoxalock, hence why I had my device removed and have moved to a different interlock company.
