Cody was Awesome, helped us get a new battery installed, made reccomendation that made sense, and double checked if something seemed off. Fun to chat with while he did the work. This location has always kind of been our go to for automotive stuff. Thanks for the help!

My last time at this AutoZone location. I’ve been receiving inconsistent customer service here and my most recent experience was regarding spark plugs and ignition coils. I appreciate the effort in wanting to help and give advice, but the problem lies in where the advice is totally wrong and can in fact damage your engine, and at that time, I did not have the time to be lectured and “educated” on this topic, me being a certified technician myself. Although I did not relay my frustration and annoyance with the employee, and I appreciate and understand normal protocol of relaying tips and advice to the customer, the bottom line is if you don’t know what you’re talking about, just sell the customer the part—ESPECIALLY if it is technical/installation advice or tips that are totally wrong.
Also—did not appreciate the attempt to upsell me on snake oil.
