  Service was wonderful. They found some things to keep an eye on and some critical things that need attention. Items detailed along with estimated costs. For example the battery was shot. I expected that because the car didn’t want to start when I got in to take it in for service. Also the serpentine belt was about ready to break. Glad they found the issues and helped ensure I’d get back home. The other “keep an eye on” issues will be down the road. My service advisor Miguel was exceptional. Really put me at ease and made me welcome and that I was important. Well done!

  Outstanding would be the first way to describe our experience buying an another Atlas from Strong's. First, the salesman was a great communicator. Answering mine and my wife's questions without fail. The business manager who finished the deal was great and made clear any final issues or questions we had. There was no pressure to choose or buy anything. We came in filled out the paperwork with all the assistance senior's might need and then left the dealership with a beautiful new Atlas.   The other day I called Strong to ask about bringing in a Eurovan I was interested in purchasing and wanted to have them give it a look before doing so. I spoke with a representative and she said it would be no problem. She gave me the exact cost and said to bring it in the next morning at any time and drop it off. I came in the next morning as directed and said “Hi, I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday and they told me to bring this in and that you guys could look it over.” I was then told that they do not look at Eurovans and that I had spoken to AI and that’s why I was misdirected. I am not a Luddite, I use AI as a tool with work nearly every day. But if you’re relying on it to provide a consistent and reliable service and it does not, then you probably should not deploy that companywide. Anyways, bad experience and the employee basically just shrugged me off. Boo to you Strong.

  I would strongly caution anyone considering working with David Keith. He initially confirmed a specific lease price with me in writing via text after all the info I gave him for what fit my parents budget. However, when my parents arrived at the dealership, he claimed he had no knowledge of that agreement and presented them with a completely different price. Fortunately, everything was documented, making it clear this was a blatant misrepresentation. This type of behavior is not only unprofessional but also misleading and disrespectful of customers’ time. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating and unnecessary experience for my parents. I would not recommend working with him.

  Scheduling was a headache from the start — the automated system kept looping and couldn’t understand simple details like “oil change” and my preferred time. Even after confirming, my appointment was incorrectly set and then randomly canceled the day of. When I finally reached a real person, they told me to come in anyway. Check-in itself was smooth, and Miguel was helpful and didn’t try to upsell anything. I appreciated the free car wash as well. However, despite having a scheduled appointment for a basic oil change and wiper replacement, I ended up waiting nearly three hours, which is completely unreasonable. There were minimal updates, and I had to track someone down myself just to find out what was going on. To make matters worse, after that long wait, they didn’t even complete the rear wiper replacement due to a miscommunication. I was asked to come back the next day, which turned into another wasted trip because they ordered the wrong part. Living 40 minutes away, this felt incredibly inconvenient and honestly like my time wasn’t valued at all. While Miguel did his best to make things right, the overall experience was frustrating and disorganized. A three-hour wait for a simple service — plus multiple return trips for a basic part — felt excessive and avoidable.
