  I had an excellent experience with Sixt. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding friendly, professional, and very efficient. The entire process was smooth and quick, which saved me a lot of time and made my trip much more enjoyable. I especially want to thank Joao ( Chelsea Fan) for their exceptional assistance. They were very helpful, courteous, and ensured everything was handled perfectly. Their professionalism truly stood out and made a great impression. Overall, I highly recommend Sixt for their reliable service and customer-focused approach. I will definitely choose them again in the future!

  My experience with SIXT at Salt Lake City Airport was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The shuttle pickup at the airport was smooth and comfortable, taking us quickly to the SIXT lot. At the counter, I was assisted by ANGELA , who was incredibly kind, efficient, and professional. She made the entire process fast and precise, all while maintaining a genuinely warm and positive attitude. As a fellow Brazilian, I especially appreciated her friendliness and her excellent English, which made communication effortless The car itself exceeded expectations — it had only six miles on it and felt completely brand new, as if it had just come straight from the manufacturer. Driving it was a pleasure. Returning the vehicle was just as seamless, and overall the entire experience reflected outstanding service and attention to detail. I highly recommend SIXT at Salt Lake City Airport and would gladly rent with them again.

  UPDATE: I completed the online survey and a company rep reached out via email. He understood my concerns and made everything right by me. The review was 2 stars but is now 5 because of what Sixt SLC did to fix some of the concerns. The rep also informed me that the company is planning to be housed inside the terminal at SLC later in 2026. I will definitely price check this company to rent again in the future. What I did not state in my previous review is that the shuttle driver was very nice. ********** The website says if you check in online you can go straight to the car, but that is not the case at SLC. We found the car and stood by it while no one in the lot came by to tell us we had to go inside. The girl who did was rude and I had to approach her, not the other way around. Sixt should fix that on the SLC site, and explain the concept of good customer service to the female lot attendant. The car we received has dents, sideswipe marks, and dings around the ENTIRE vehicle. I’ve never rented a vehicle from any of the other large car rental companies that had the level of cosmetic damage like this one, and it has less than 20k miles. It’s most definitely not worth the upgrade fee between the 3 day rental of a RAV4 at $290 and the $420 for this Highlander. I could and should kick myself for upgrading. It was a waste of my money. I do not plan to rent from Sixt again.

  I rented a car via sixt SLC recently, I got back, the guy told me everything looked good. Then when I got home later that day I was told there was a >4 inch scratch which was not told to me, and I did not do, and am now being charged $1,500 for repairs, despite having no incidents in the vehicle. Disappointed because when I left no one was available to walk around the car with me before departure, which I assume would have seen this scratch, which to me did not look like a scratch, and definitely not one that was under the paint. Also, I had ordered a Toyota rav four and was upgraded to a BMW despite asking to not be, which I imagine is making this scratch I did not do more expensive. Curious if others have been put in positions like this before me, because this is not fair.

  I gotta say, it was really hard finding the shuttle to get here but all in all, I had a better experience after the sweet woman (Princessi) at the front desk assisted me. I’ve rented from Sixth in Honolulu, HI and my first impression was, WOW! This definitely looks like a high class rental company. I had a good experience with them, so when I was preparing to come to Salt Lake City and I saw “Sixt Car Rentals” was here, there was no doubt I wanted to rent here. I was slightly regretting my decision as I have walked all over the airport trying to figure out how to get to my rental, but, you know what they say, sometimes the extra effort is worth the hassle. Pedro who drove the Sixth shuttle to get me here was awesome and is great at conversing with y’all’s customers. As I walked into the building just to be WOWED again buy the boujie first class interior, the regrets wore off… and to top it all off PRINCESSIs Customer service was A1!!! She took great care of me and listened to the my mini complaint/remark about it being so hard to find yall…she hooked me up with an awesome ride for the day and all in all made me feel very special. Thank you for hiring amazing employees!!! Sixth is officially my new go to for rentals. Mahalo Nui Loa!!
