Always a pleasure working with Brandon and Rick. Had my truck in for a spray in bed liner and he did amazing work. RV Upgraders is my go to for my generator maintenance as well.

Rick and Brandon did a very complete suspension upgrade on my original generation Earthroamer. When they were done it was an utterly transformed vehicle, everything it should have been from day one. Earthroamer would have done the work too but they wanted more than three times the money and I can’t see where the results could possibly have been worth the extra cash. It now rides the way it should: it no longer sways, bounces and crashes over bumps. A pleasure to drive! RV Upgraders also sent me over to Alignment Specialists for a complete alignment which solved tracking issues that have bedeviled this vehicle for twenty years. After multiple alignments over the years I had given up on getting this truck to track properly. These guys fixed it properly so a shout out to them as well and, of course, RV Upgraders for recommending them! So, please give these people a try. Competent, honest and completely transparent. A great experience with top flight results!

After owning two RVs for 13 years, you get a pretty good sense of which service shops actually know what they’re doing and which ones just schedule appointments and hope for the best. Over the last five years, I’ve used six different RV service centers and spent roughly $18,000 on repairs and upgrades, so I’ve seen the good, the mediocre, and the frustrating. RV Upgraders is the best RV service facility I’ve worked with anywhere. A few things stood out: - Communication was excellent. - They were fast and organized. The work was done promptly without the typical RV-shop delays. - They solved issues other shops couldn’t. Some of the work I needed had already stumped other service centers - The workmanship was solid. Everything was done cleanly and professionally. I worked with Brandon, who was extremely service-oriented, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in getting things right. That level of competence and service is rare in RV service. They did many minor repairs on this visit, which I'll omit for brevity, plus the following more involved items: - Fixed a coach battery charging issue by diagnosing and replacing a failed Victron battery combiner and blown 300-amp fuse, restoring proper charging while driving (imperative when you need house A/C for driving in the summer). - Repaired the shore power cord reel system by replacing the stripped reel assembly and installing a new control switch so the cord can extend and retract properly. - Installed a power cord roller/fairlead by modifying the cord bay and sealing it to create a smoother and watertight cord deployment system (I kept this part from two other shops, who told me they couldn't install the fairlead since it was smaller than the current opening, knowing that some day I'd encounter a shop that would know how to fabricate a proper floor or base for its installation.) - Repaired both front pneumatic seat controls by replacing broken switches, adjusting air hoses, and lubricating the seat mechanisms. They got both cab seats to function properly, which has never happened--even when new--until now. If you’re tired of the usual “leave it for a few weeks, and we’ll see” experience that’s common in this industry, this is the place to go. Based on a lot of firsthand experience across multiple shops, RV Upgraders sets the bar.

RV Upgraders is my go-to shop for everything I need/want done with my Toy Hauler. Over the last few years, they have installed an extension kit on the back, solar panels on the roof, a power inverter, a custom storage solution for the back, custom hitches for flag poles and starlink system, replaced the water pump with a more powerful one, replaced black/gray tanks, external propane connections, and repaired some damage done to the front cap. They are very reasonable with their pricing, especially for custom work. Brandon and his team are the best in the business.
