  From pick up to drop off the representatives could not have been more efficient, professional and kind. Would highly recommend - we usually use another rental company but will definitely be using National again in the future. Thank you for the seamless experience and exceptional service!

  The pick up is so easy, just wish the payment process went a little smoother when using a Company credit card. It is consistently a delay more so than using my personal credit card. Returns are always easy and the personnel are courteous and happy to point direction to terminal. I was even offered a water when I was needing something to quench a dry mouth. What a kind gentleman. Small things like this makes a big impression. I recommend National highly with a few items that need to be reviewed.

  When I was leaving the facility, I was asked if I wanted the fuel option, which I agreed to because a) I was tired and making a decision seemed hard and b) I knew I would be driving a bit for the 2 days. Once I arrived at my hotel an hour away, I read the fuel screen and realized I was using a fuel economy car and still had 500 miles before I'd need fuel. I called the customer care number, and they advised me that they would make a note and remove the charge when I returned the car with a full tank, they would remove the option. Which actually happened! I assumed I'd need to go into the office to resolve this. No! the check-in gal, made it so easy and seamless for me, it was done just as they said.

  I enjoyed renting from National until this last issue in SLC. Drove around airport at least 5 times and still couldn't get into parking lot to return the vehicle. Cars lined up on both sides of the road and ended up having to park my rental on the side of the road because someone didn't show up for work. Made me rush to make my flight

  My most recent rental was a luxury extended suv. Upon returning the Grand Wagoneer, I let the attendant know that the gas wasn’t full when I received it and there was a legitimate mechanical issues that they should have looked at (horrible alignment). The agent just said, “yeah these just look nice but they drive like crap”. No apology or anything. I ended up paying probably $40 additional on fuel for my trip due to the massive tank not being filled when I received it. I normally have great experiences with national. I rent multiple times a month. This was worrying!
