  Shout out to the nice young man who helped me with all of the leaves stuck in and above my trunk. He was polite, friendly and helpful. The lady who helped me pay for my car wah was also kind and friendly. I was very impressed!

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I came here to get a one time wash yesterday 03/17 around 6pm. I paid for my car wash at 6:34pm, when I got to the line it was long because apparently someone else’s tires came off during their wash which is absolutely no problem I would had love to wait if I wasn’t in a rush to be elsewhere! So I’m like cool, is okay I’ll just get a refund and come back another day to get a wash AND TELL ME WHYYYY THIS BOY WAS STRUGGLING TO GET ME MY REFUND. If he couldn’t give me my refund there should be some type of coupon or whatever but no, this boy was trying which at first I appreciated him trying until I realized he was really just wasting my time. I told him I got to be somewhere, in the processing of him trying all the vehicle that was in the line already done finished getting their car wash- like 🤣 dude at this point I can get my car wash and be done which I end up doing. This kid was really wasted my time, I even told him when I saw all those vehicles finish getting their car wash I can just go to that but no he was still trying JUST FOR ME TO END UP DOING EXACTLY THAT since he still doesn’t know how to refund me! Regardless I was already late for an event. This dude had no emotional intelligent considering how stressful I was expressing to him. No respect whatsoever because he knew! He knew he couldn’t give me a refund, he knew it would had been faster and it would save me some time if I had just went back to the car wash but he wasted my time. Shame on you. I had never felt like I wanted to cry over someone at the car wash, it’s very pathetic. 25 mins trying to give me a refund and still wasn’t able to is unbelievable.

  I purchased a month of unlimited car washes and nobody told me it would automatically renew. Now I am trying to cancel and get my money back but can’t get in touch with anyone.
