  I had an issue with my account being charged twice and the manager Mason was super helpful! Not only that he made sure I was on a family plan and explained everything super well!! Thank you Mason!!

  Took my car through the car wash and it cracked my bug deflector. Wasn’t expecting anything crazy to be done as it was not a huge deal as it is just plastic and is aftermarket. Management called and instead of just saying it was an after market part and they couldn’t pay for it, they tried gaslighting me and told me it was likely cracked or broken before coming in (at one point he claimed it wasn’t even broken and that the tape had just come off). I get your trying to protect your company but just some acknowledgment of what happened would have been nice.

  We really like this brand of car wash. The Property is always clean, the staff are always nice, the vacuums always work, and the outcome is always positive. Hard to beat consistency like that. We’ve tried many other car washes and they just don’t quite cut the same as mister car wash does. Restrooms are available, but you’ll need a code so make sure you talk to the staff. Free vacuums are always the deal here, and nice that they have so many of them. Typically, I don’t have a problem with the suction at the far end, but if you want great suction park closer to where the air tanks are on the west side of the property. Towards the new building.

  We took our very dirty tahoe through the 300w mister car wash. Mason helped us out as we pulled into the lot. Were from out of town so we didn't need a membership or any sort of a fancy wash. Mason wasn't pushy and inquired how we found them... we proceeded through the wash with the help of Camil. We stopped to use the free vacuum and clean the gravel that accumulated in our floor mats. Vacuum worked well and had lots of suction. As I walked around the back ofnthe tahoe I noticed that back hatch didn't seem like the wash had touched it. I asked Camil for a second pass and he radioed over to Mason. We drove back though the entry where Mason again greeted us with a very friendly disposition, he looked at the hatch and was certain that they could do better. He sent us through again with an upgraded wash! Round 2 really did the trick! We exited the was and I inspected the back, yes the second trip was much better! Super happy with the mister car wash and the attitude of their employees. Thank you its a breath of fresh air to have a positive interaction!!

  The service from all the staff members is absolutely stellar, I have had help from the their staff and management and I believe they truly care about me getting the best service and care, also I did wsnt to mention how phenomenal my car looks after washing, 10 out of ten experience and service, I highly recommend others to wash here!!!! 🙌🏻💯🏆😎🫡
