  I do like my membership and the car wash and vacuums do work well, I'm just a bit confused on which cars are chosen, and how, to receive the bug spray from the attendant at the beginning of the wash. At almost $37 a month for the titanium package I would assume if anyone got the extra perk it would be the one's with the highest priced package. That isn't the case at all and while that is the package I have, I rarely get that little bonus. Most attendants dont bother with it at all and every so often I see them just pick and choose at random who they want to give it to. It's confusing and inconsistent and kind of rude to be honest. It really just rubbed me the wrong way today.

  This used to be a great car wash. I don’t know what happened but the lines at this place have gotten out of control and the non sequential gate opening means that people can cut in line. The attendances do a very poor job of organizing the chaos. I’ve now witnessed two different road rage type incidents here because of the way the gates open and the lack of common courtesy. The gate should not open for the next car until the car that was there first is fully clear of the arm and in line. This is how other car washes do it and there are no issues. I’m cancelling my three memberships until this is fixed.
