- UUUtahSirens3 days ago1.0As said in numerous other reviews, go to the Maverick down the street if you want a professional store. The tall and unkept white Gentleman working night shift; no bueno. Asking him to repeat himself three times just to get a negative attitude throughout the rest of the interaction is an unacceptable response to someone who's hearing impaired, let alone any respectful customer. My hearing aids work, communicating clearly is a basic rule in customer service. You know it's bad when lip reading doesn't help.

It’s very busy, but the manager staffs it like it’s a small Maverick hidden in a neighborhood. I’ve never been in a maverick that consistently has lines of 4 to 5 people. Not really a big deal but I wonder why other Mavericks don’t have this problem. Open up another self check out or hire another person to run the store the right way, not hard!
