- JPJames ParmerMar 30, 20261.0DO NOT GO HERE! Wouldn’t trust this location. I took my car in to get a simple oil change. They ended up stripping my plug and cracking my oil pan. The mechanics tried to make up quickly by trying to locate another oil pan. Then they decided to just plug it until I could get it home. I called to speak to the manager and instead of them having any sort of accountability they deflected and said it was the previous company that changed my oil. However, afterwards I recall their was not a single drop of oil on my driveway previously nor was their any leaking. Now as I look under my car it’s not only leaking from my plug but also from around where they replaced the filter. LIKE A SIEVE! I’m beyond upset right now. I’m bout to see what other course of action I could take. NOT OK. BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS AND MAKD RIGHT. I’m outta 155.00 oil change. Need replace oil pan and need another oil change.
