- RDRicardo DuarteMar 19, 20261.0I don’t usually write reviews but this place was absolutely horrible do not take your vehicle to this jiffy lube. I had gone to get a basic oil change. After I spoke with the technician she recommended either synthetic or conventional, I then choose conventional bc it was cheaper. After a few days my car starts to act funny and I then find out my car requires fully synthetic. This is my first time getting an oil change for this car and I am not a car guy so I didn’t know any better and trusted the employee at jiffy lube. The technician did not inform me that putting in conventional oil would hurt the engine: I then go a few days later to explain what had happened the technician admitted it was their mistake for not informing me of what would happen to my engine. I then had to pay for another oil change bc the manager was not there and they couldn’t do anything else as technicians . I then called the jiffy lube manger a few days later. He was incredibly rude and said it was my fault for not knowing my car better. That’s why I went to jiffy lube in the first place bc I am not mechanically inclined. I did not get a refund for either oil changes and I’m out $200 for something that wasn’t my fault. Also after requesting to speak to somebody above this very rude manger he said that he is his own boss( I highly doubt) and didn’t give me any other information.

The man told me to turn off my car and so I did and then got made at me when I turned it off completely instead of putting it in accessory mode. Then got mad when I didn’t get out of my car after not even telling me too! Like are you serious?!?!? Then after he DIDNT tell me to walk in side said under his breath I guess I’m legally obligated to walk you to the door. Never going here again. Unless you’re a man you’ll be treated poorly.
