  Glen + Diego in SLC were amazing! I had issues with my online booking and they got me sorted and at the same price. Then when I needed to exchange for a different vehicle (I didn’t realize the seats in the 15 passenger van didn’t fold down), they were quick to help!

  The rental car agency staff was very rude and unhelpful. They completely ignored my situation and refused to assist me with my issue. I had a problem with my rental car and tried to switch it, but they couldn’t provide any solution. In the end, I ended up getting the same car.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise at the SLC airport. They navigated details of the reservation being through work, the employee was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I had two choices of cars in my category and the one I chose was clean and smelled great. Drop off in the early morning was super easy and very accessible to the terminal. Highly recommend.

  I’m not sure an experience could be more effortless. From booking online to the friendly faces when going to pick up our car and drop it off, the experience surpassed my expectations. Enterprise made it so easy to pre-check, so that we could walk right to the garage to pick up our car without stopping at the rental desk. The process didn’t take five minutes! Drop off was the same— friendly and quick! Our car was clean and in great shape. We will definitely be renting from Enterprise again no matter which state we’re in!

  First vehicle smelled like smoke and marijuana. I called customer service multiple times and was told that it’s not a mechanical failure, and I had to return the vehicle to the original site of rental. I didn’t know there was a difference, but we’ll get to that.I then suggested a compromise and to return it to a branch office 3 miles from my location in Salt Lake City and was told there were vehicles at that location however, there were none. So now one week with the vehicle I then reached out to customer service on following Mondayand asked to speak to a supervisor. I again recanted My situation and frustration only to have that same supervisor Inform me on the differences between mechanical failure and the smell of smoke. I thought there were arrangements to swap out the vehicle on Monday morning with the Park city location however, customer service never reached out to that location and again was a informed That my only alternative was to return the vehicle to the airport. The customer should beaware that there is a difference between the smell of smoke/marijuana and mechanical failure according to the supervisor who I was dealing with. In addition that same supervisor hung up on me as well without a clear understanding and solution. I was also told that customer service had three days to call me back with a solution because it was not a mechanical failure. Fool me once shame on me for me twice shame on you because I believe same hung up on me on a previous rental from the same location, secondary to mechanical failure of the vehicle. So after exhausting all alternatives I returned the vehicle to the airport and then was placed in a Jeep Wrangler. I then noticed warning light was on and determined that the frontal crashed sensor was disabled . I initially thought it was traction control but It wasn’t cause that clearly could be toggled on and off from a switch on the dash. The customer service Agents were all very nice and repeatedly said sorry however, this was my vacation and no one should have to put up with this type of service.
