- MMMatt Monson4 days ago1.0I brought my 2018 Beetle in for routine 50,000 mile service. After I picked up my vehicle it had battery issues that were not there before. I brought it back to see if they could fix the problems they caused and they said batteries just do that and they would charge me to replace it. I would not recommend taking a vehicle into Strong unless you want them to create problems that they can charge you to fix.

- JJJasonOct 31, 20252.0I was really happy with the sales group when I bought my jetta in 2024. They advertise free service for 20K miles. The service intervals are 10k miles but my sales adviser recommended every 5k miles. They will only do 2 oil changes free regardless if you are still under the 20K miles, kind of deceiving. Making a service appointment it pointless. All 3 times I've made an appointment online I've spent 1.5 - 2 hours waiting for just an oil change, not to mention the cost of the oil change is ridiculous.
