  I’m highly impressed with my experience so far at Sixt. Beautiful facility, quick pick up at the airport, and Princessa was absolutely welcoming and made the experience so much better. I’ll be recommending Sixt to all of my family, friends, and co-workers!

  I have always had the best experience with the team at sixt in SLC. The staff is super friendly and the cars are well maintained. I always get my car from here even though its a bit away from the terminal, still worth it

  Excellent service and cars. Never a line so far. Fastest checkout process around if you are SIXT-One. Only downside is the extra time to head down to the very end of the parking garage for the offsite shuttle. Add at least 15 minutes for the 3 mile trip both ways to the lot. The designers of SLC airport wanted all of us to stay in shape until they build a subway tram in 10 years along with the C Terminal, so plan to walk a full mile each way from outer B gates to the rental car garage. On the plus side, SIXT has new shuttles-plural-and is far less likely to break down or take smoke breaks. Last trip I literally had a private shuttle waiting for me for the return airport trip. It would be great to get a shuttle ride on request from the hotels within a mile to SIXT (early morning arrivals or lease length reduction tactic), but I haven’t figured out a way to get past the A.I. gatekeeper.

  We attempted to rent from this agency by speaking to their call center. First, they have you speak with an AI assistant…and unless you say the exact phrase she knows, she keeps asking you for more details. Then when you are transferred to a human, they struggle to understand you (I am a native English speaker), asking you the same question over and over. And if you ask a question out of order for their scripting, they go all the way back to the beginning of their script. All while saying, “thank you so much for calling Sixt, I’ll be happy to assist you with that”. Don’t waste your time with their call center.
